Why do people say "No Reserve" but have a ridiculously high starting price, isn't that a contradiction?
Personally it doesn't sound good to me. I reckon the bloke bought it and found it needed too much work so decided to get rid.
 
I reckon this one will be on and off ebay with various different start prices and reserves unless the seller gets real and starts it at a sensible price.

Worryingly although taxed and tested the brakes don't work!
Puzzles me why they don't just get the brakes fixed at a garage and make it a much more appealing buy, I certainly wouldn't want to have to trailer home a car with T&T!
