It's a shame you're not breaking this one, depending on this weekend's investigation, there's a possibility that I might need a throttle body. Would have to be the electronic drive-by-wire one though.

Breaking it is still an option if it doesn't meet the reserve or get close.

Shame you're spitting distance from Scotland I could have welded up the floor and arches for you.

Main point is the rear inner arches and the floor have "excessive corrosion"

this says terminal to me rather than localised plates required
any old punto i get in in swap i always jack the rear sills up to see the full corrosion factor as jack goes up but car stays down then i nick the battery and heater switch and find the daily china spot price

its rare these days to see grown men roll on the floor looking at floorpans like we did when we viewed old cortinas

try changing throttle position sensor,?

1999-2001 is cable not drive-by as far as ican see,
