For anyone interested the photos have now been added, it looks a lot better than I was expecting? Reg is BBZ 5104

Some things I have noticed for those interested:

*Front numberplate is probably illegal as the font and spacing is wrong, (but I could be wrong about the legality here, either way it looks naff IMHO)
*The radio aerial appears to have been cut off a quarter of its length up, and a silver aerial is in the front middle of the roof
*The wheels appear to have been painted camo green at some point, but some are badly chipped and appear silver/black
*No inclinometer although the advert states that it does have one? Appears to have been copied and pasted from wikipedia. I didnt think the original 500 were supposed to come with inclinometer? Does have roofbars though! Palio

Interior looks like it would tidy up quite nicely though! Just wanted to say those things just incase the buyer didnt notice! Although lets face it they probably would. Just sticking my two pence worth in.

I think the reg is correctly displayed - it's a Northern Irish one, and looks ok as the space comes after the letters.

Vernon's Sisley (which I'm borrowing) has the inclinometer, and is as original as it gets (as far as I know).

It has lost the proper roof rack & gained bars instead (but not the side rails everyone wants). (n)

I can't see clearly from pics on the phone, but has it got the Sisley hubcaps? Doesn't look like it to me, and they are like hens teeth to replace. (n)

Aah right sorry thought it might have been an option, but seeing the photo more clearly you are absolutely right about the roof bars, my bad! (n)

It has hubcaps, but they appear plan black to me, unless its just the photos not being clear.

I'm pretty sure the first 500 didn't have the Sisley logo'd hub caps, or Sisley seat belts and speedo head etc. that's what I always believed anyway :shrug:

Vernon's has the Sisley hubcaps, so unless they were changed later (which seems unlikely on such an untouched example) the original ones must have had those.

Definitely right about the seatbelts and speedo though. These were only on later ones. (y)

Hmm, Freddy's panda1408 mk1 Sisley has the plain black hub caps too?
Still, I do have 3 of the Sisley type hub caps that I never put on the blue beast so i'd only need 1 more :D

On another note, the contact the seller link won't work! It keeps sending me on a merry go round back to square one?! I'd like to go and have a look at it but can't find out exactly where it is :bang:
 
Guys if that's the correct reg that's a car I owned and it wasn't that colour grey when I had it, it was darker and it was the original paint. Photo below after I sold to my mate in England.
The font on the plates is in deed illegal but it is an NI plate.



It actually would be nice to have it again "hmmm"

Ok, now that I've got into work and see the photo's better it does look to be the same colour as when I had it.

Jamie are you definitely buying it? if not I'd seriously consider it so would appreciate a heads up as I would have to make arrangements.
