I'm still quaking at the thought of those extra 230 cc in both Betty and Hal....

Having driven Pinky, though, I think I shall just about cope.... :D
I was talking to the scary one at the Italian Car day we went to, about eventually (sometime after Uni) changing Char's engine. Ideally I'd love to turbo her 750 but I can't see it being very easily achieved.
I think I'd have a better chance of putting the engine in from my first car, 1.4 8v from a GP. It'd certainly be pokey with those extra 599cc's

That blue Sisley hybrid is up to £1120 now and this has been stuck on £670 all week  surely this is the best panda that's been on ebay for a long while! What's the world coming too!!! Hopefully it will more than double its price or the owner will feel like they've spent the night with Mike Tyson

Hi guys, I must admit, I much prefer buying Pandas to selling them! It's always a bit nerve wracking in the final stages but the way I look at it is, that I have got some bargains in the past and would not begrudge anyone else doing the same. As they say it's only worth what someone will pay you.
Any funds received will go to the 4x4 project so fingers crossed.

Well the Dance went for a very reasonable £991:00.
The highest bidder has been in contact and asked for a little time to get the money together, as they are a Forum member, I was happy to agree.
Can't wait to get started on the Sisley now :)

I hope they contacted you to ask before they put the bid in or else that would have been a bit naughty..

Well it's over a month now since the hammer fell and I'm afraid JamieK didn't manage to get the money together :-(
As this time of year is never the best time to sell a car I've decided to wait until next year to make my mind up on what to do with it.
The Sisley project will have to remain on hold ( as its kept in storage away from my home whilst the Dance is in my garage), although I might try to get a few quick wins, like powder coating the wheels, to keep my interest up.
Keep those awesome rebuild threads coming aquamarine, goodgirl156, VmanC etc as it's what keeps us mere mortals inspired and dreaming :)
