Italy is not a problem.... I had an engine sent over and others get stuff from there.

Had to repair the drivers door, which is a pair cos of the ribbing.
Not sure yet about pas door as it in against the wall in the garage.
Always handy to have spare doors, especially as they are getting rarer/expensive

Aston had some doors sent over..as I say can be done. Just send an email using google translate..or do what I do and shout in English in the hope they understand.
Just using capital letters works well too.

I hate ebay italy. out of all the parts i have ordered from over seas NOTHING came from italy as no one on there ships to the UK.. no matter how much you offer to pay them for shipping.
take the 999cc cam belt cover, fuel filler locking ring, fuel tank, dash surround, and the L shape carpet hold-er-in-er-ers (and loads of other stuff) for instance.. i asked over 30 sellers if they would ship these items to the UK and offered them a "name your price on postage" offer. all came back to me saying they would not ship to the uk. even after begging them
i got most of the stuff from forum members, Poland, Czech republic and the Netherlands.
this though is not the first time i have had problems shipping things from italy. happened when i was big on radio ham too.
