I'd rather not post if I'm being honest.
Very easy to fit.
The full instructions asks you to drill about 6 holes in your bumper (hidden if taken off), but i just drilled 2 and then its held on with two bolts underneath.
Took me 30mins to fit. Mine's been on for 6 months now. Looks brilliant.
Comes with full instructions etc as new.
