I guess we're getting a little ahead of ourselves here, he hasn't sold it yet.

Maybe £1000 is a little ambitious...perhaps £7-800 would be more realistic.

Fantastic and clean...here is the but.....prob to new for me...has it a cat?...and it looks as if the seats are not hammock. Could be completely wrong and would love it if I saw it for real...maybe....

remember this one ebaying last time, fetched nothing like that money. Was dug out of a garage pretty local to me and hasn't moved that far away now. Very nice nick though.
Kev, should (or could) be cat free, requirement came in with the K plate Aug '92, this one's on a J. If it is an injection at that age you could still stick a carb back on and do away with the cat if you absolutely had to.

Will be a carb, don't think 750s were ever sold with injection, it wont have hammock seats either, as it is a later one, like mine is.

Correct, the 769cc lump only came as a carbed engine. It isn't a 750L though so hasn't got the characteristic hammock seats unfortunatly
