auction prices usually do go up, you are right.

Very nice wheels. Looks like they came part of a tyre pack which usually means nasty cheap tyes though. Look gorgeous though.
I see you are the highest bidded at the mo Luke. Good luck!

:bang: :bang: They aint gonna fit my uno i dont think - the tyres are the wrong size. 185/60/r14 and i need 185/50/r14 for the uno

Crap, and im the leading bidder too :( Looks like i'll just have to sell em on then. That or get new rubber put on for another small fortune :(

They'll surely go up - they are pretty cheap right...

Do you know if they will fit the mk2 punto, and the same size diameter and width including the tyres as the standard ones? In other words my tyres are 165/70/R14 but although these are lower profile do will have the same total diameter?

theres about 1.5% difference according to the tyre calculator on miata.net
- so when you're doing 60 on the speedo, you're travelling at 59.1 --> So all in all yes they'd fit

... stupid question I'm sure but are they likely to be heavier or lighter than the steel ones I've got? Anyway if it doesn't go up I'll consider them in a couple of days time - wonder what dad will think he owns half the car...!

get him to stump up half the money!!
Ha ha I think not I'm the only one who drives it. Plus he doesn't care about cars, they got some beautiful alloys on the skoda and he tried to get steel ones instead because the last car they had (a tempra) mum broke the wheel and it cost a fortune to replace! doh.
