My spare modified Panda is for sale. No reserve. In way of my garage and costing money to sit on my drive. It's a great car.

Go and bid on it from 99p.

Hey lewey,

Sad to see it didn't sell the first time. If I may, it looks a little more beat up than when you completed the conversion. Local idiots?

Anyway good luck with the sale. Hope it fetches a good price for the spannering and fettling you put into it (y)

I thought I had sold this car twice now. Quite unusual issues with the buyers have meant the sales dragged on in a sort of open-ended way. Been wasting MOT and tax, so time to get rid. It's this or webuyanycar.

The dents were in it when I got it. eBay seller didn't think to mention them, or the fact that it ran on 3 cylinders and used water. New place I live in seems very good for security and I have CCTV as well.

Oh dear! £205 and ending tonight! Unless there is an almighty surge in price the likes of which I have never seen, this certainly proves there is no market for modified cars, even ones that are modified to enhance many aspects of the original car's market. Current price doesn't cover the cost of the ECUs!

I hope it does make at least £500 or I will regret not stripping it for spares. It's got some rust-free doors in the right colour for my other one!

I know, I know. I have to gamble on a decent price on ebay as I feel it's the only chance of re-couping costs. Also price has at last risen to a reasonable platform in the last hour or so and the lead bidder is a regular poster on here.

Good luck if you do bid though!

I'm torn between your panda and a motorbike at this point!
Its reached a good level on ebay, I just hope there genuine bidders and not people wanting to bump the price up.
Chances are at this point it will likely fall out of my range, At least you will get the highest possible price for it though.
Good luck, I may be talking to you again at the end of the auction!

Sorry to say, I introduced one of the potential buyers who decided against buying it a couple of months ago. It was someone who was looking for a temporary car for his Mum and I was hoping he'd buy this one, then I would buy it from them when they'd finished with it, but sadly when we got to Leweys to check it out the Guy didn't feel it would float his mothers boat. So there went my chance to own it too, I couldn't afford to buy it myself at the time.

But now, two months on, I am in a different position, so I was able to bid and win this Panda. Of course I'm very pleased with the price I got it for, but at the same time am sorry that this project didn't prove to be more rewarding for Lewis. If it's any consolation, it will be well looked after as I have some interesting plans to make this unique little Panda even more so.

hoo hoooo, this little car passes from the forums engine guru with a tidy little 1242 conversion, to the forums interior and bodywork mod expert. This could be good(y)(y)(y)

:D Thanks for the 'expert' label but even 'gifted amateur' is pushing it! I am improving all the time though. Whereas Leweys 'Guru' status is entirely justified (y).

Plan on running this around while I clear some other stuff, and enjoy the epic fuel consumption that's promised, then set to work. I'm keeping my plans under my hat for now other than saying, I will need to get in touch with my feminine side ;).
