ROFL. What a plonker (not you, him). No one's going to do that to their nearly new 500. I guess the actual sunroof and mechanism are worth something, but not whilst the car's under warranty.

surely if you already own a C, the a spare roof could be useful?

Looks like it may originally have been a Raggamuffin orange 500c...
that's obvious, but surely if you were to buy the roof you'd want to see it was in good nick, not just a roll of canvas in the corner of a workshop?
How would someone actually come about getting a car roof?
Advertised by a salvage company, so probs an insurance write-off from front end damage or similar.
