Insurance write off as mentioned, might have been chopped off by the emergency services at the scene (although normally alot lower down the pillars).

I advertised the roof pannel chopped off of one of our Panda's, professionally by Suffolk Fire Brigade, for sale on Ebay about 9 months ago.
