Right well i'm all sorted!

ended up going with zurich through endsleigh - got 'student discount' apparently and because the alloys are proper fiat ones are not classed as a mod!

ended up costing £960 3rd F&T with legal and windscreen gubbins but that was after they added £100 for it to be kept at home on a drive as apposed to on the road outside my uni house... very odd.

o well all covered now so done.

They added £100 because you're keeping it in a safer place!!! I tell ya, these insurance companies make it up as they go along.

I'm just shopping around myself at the moment as mine is up for renewal in a couple of weeks. The quote from my current insurer was £340 for next year, yet the same companies quote on a comparison web site was £127!
They told me that I couldn't renew at the cheaper price because I was an exsisting customer, they would rather lose me to another insurer.

So from now on I will change insurers every year because of the strange policy they've adopted.

Vman, may pay you to look at admiral multi car policies, very good deals and with the amount of cars you own you might a special "bulk" discount

I suggest no more insurance talk though.... we know what happens when we get caught!

Thank you CLX Craig, but unfortunately I can't afford to have them all on the road at the same time, a couple of Pandas is my limit.
