Ritmo/Strada Strada cabrio 1.5 Turbo i.e. ?? - Spalding lincs

1 of 10 left? was there ever a cabrio 1.5 turbo i.e. or is it just a cabrio with a 1.3 UT lump bunged in it?

The Cabriolets came from the factory with a 1.5 carburettored engine, same as the X1/9s, Deltas, Regattas etc.

Looks more like someone has swapped the 1.5 for a 1.3 Uno turbo lump as to my knowledge Fiat never offered a 1.5 version of the turbo.

Exactly what I thought.

I emailed him asking what it said on the log book & he replied "hi i do not have the log book but i have checked withe the dvla and it said 1495cc turbo"...

I meant to do that!

About the DVLA told him it was down as a 1500 turbo.... The DVLA never mention if its turbocharged unless its in the cars title (they would just specify the capacity), which it wouldnt have been on a Strada..

No wonder he`s taken it off....
