This is my old car I'm selling on ebay as I've just bought a stilo abarth because I need more of a family car! Go on treat yourself and you'll feel what real power is like

er you selling this car and replaced it with a fiat and you are trying to tell us who own fiats to change our cars and buy it but you wanted a fiat

I reckon you'll have a hard job persuading most on here to go for something which has no style, even if it is monster quick

Yeah but I needed to grow up and have gone for something powerful,spacious and luxurious rather than just full on mental power!

Plus it's a good next stage for all the kids with their punto's etc who want more power!

Definetly gone for the luxury, VFM and space - am yet to be convinced about the class

A friend of mine had one. They are bloody quick, but when they break they really break. Expect huge repair bills if you buy one of these. I also found it to be completely devoid of character. Quick, but dull.

You have to say that you don't care how quick it is off the mark or top end, it's ugly as hell and looks like a boy racer's cheap work

I would be embarressed to sit in it to be brutally honest and Steve, I hope you didn't grace the passenger seat of your friends!

I am not impressed Steve - you're supposed to be a man of a little class with your Alfa, hopefully it was in your younger years!

I don't doubt it goes well with 280BHP or whatever it states but it still looks like a horrible toy

They were desirable in their day as a pure performance car, however, that day is long gone, and they are now the preserve of the boyracer type.

Unfortunately for this guy who has obviously looked after this car very well, it will probably end up in the hands of 19 year old Barry, who unable to afford insurance will raz about in it anyhow, until he wraps it around some innocents family hatch whilst proving it is indeed faster than Kevs 2.0 litre Nova.

There are plenty of enthusiasts that still drive these cars, but the majority of owners do seem to be 18 year old chavs. Paul, I apologise for my indescretion.

Best of luck with the sale though I doubt anyone here will be interested!

To all those who say it's ugly - your right it is but I've never really been bothered about looks with a car, good job or I wouldn't have bought a 5dr stilo

To all those who say it's a boy racers car - it is now unfortunetly as the price has come down it is chavs,kevs and dicikheads who drive them-another reason I want to sell but there was a time when it was only enthusiasts that had them.

To all those who said it was an estate

is there something they put in the aircon on fiats?
