I like the bit about 'had to fit a boost controller because it would take too long to get the small perished pipe from the turbo to the wastegate... has never been run over standard boost' - yeah right! Even so, as a Mk1 Turbo driver with the boost control wound up, I know that it will still be perfectly fine.
