Went to the dealer the other day to enquire about an APE and was politely told they went end of line last weekend (Now 2 weeks ago).

They told me the only option they really do now is the Supersport which I thought was way out of budget but after sitting down and going through the finance options it didn't work out too bad.

What are your guys thought on them? What are servicing costs like? Have you found their economy realistic to stated figures?

Personally I'd like to go for a white one with black stripes.

Oh and a pic of the one I drove ImageUploadedByFIAT Forum1365282800.707907.jpg

Yeah and 296 Evo's

The link you posted above thou still says the figures I posted o_0 not that it matters the cars are rare to put it simples =D

I'm looking to sort out getting the red mirror caps/the side decals on my evo (to me that option should be standard!) The fiat parts for the side decals for one is £25x.xx exc of vat.... I didn't get the exact price because I was like WTF -_-

So thats like 600 quid just for the strips -_- Ordered some off ebay for 30 quid the vinyl type isn't a crappy make so should be decent quality then just get someone to put them on for me (me + any diy = a mess of it)

Mickey - you got the link for the ones you got on Ebay pretty please :) I want some for my car but the ones I found come in 2 parts and wont exactly work :-( (sticker comes in 2 parts, 2 diff colours(n))

What's the difference between the standard FSD (Frequency Selective Dumping) valve on a Supersport and a Forge blow off / dump valve..?

FSD are dampers (shock absorbers on the suspension). A dump valve releases or recirculates excess or unwanted turbo boost pressure.

They are separate and have nothing to do with each other.

I think you are asking the difference between standard (recirculating) and aftermarket dump (or blow off) valve. Lets stick to English and call it dump valve.

The standard dump valve recirculates excess boost when you lift off the accelerator pedal to stop the turbo stalling and also keep it spinning faster to avoid lag.

The earlier blow off valves vent into the atmosphere (engine bay) to prevent stalling but most don't recirculate to take advantage of the excess boost. As it vents into the atmosphere it makes a 'tssh' or other kind of noise. Some people like this and that's why they change it.

It boils down to choice.
