Technical Subwoofer

Could I ask if the subwoofer is standard fit in the Abarth Punto Evo. Looks like you can opt for a audio upgrade with amplifier and subwoofer but I thought the standard audio unit also came with a subwoofer.

I have probably not worded this very well.

Basically what I would like to know. Does every Abarth Punto Evo come with a subwoofer in the boot?

Would it be possible for any one of the several viewers of this post to have a quick look in their boot. Is there a subwoofer lurking in there somewhere on the right side, as you are facing the boot?

Thanks for that. I have just had a look at a few cars at my local dealer and they all have the subwoofer. Must be standard on UK specification cars.
When I was at the dealer I bought a car! Got a very good discount on the list price, and over book price for my trade-in. I must say the Abarth build quality is every bit as shocking as Fiat. Same company, so no surprises there. God knows why I bought it.

i have fitted a sub to my original head unit i got a special little converter (pretty cheap) for the rear speakers convertin it just to bass for a sub if u need ill give u more info

Today i'm going to remove the sub from it's box it see what size it is, then buy a Rockford Fosgate / Alpine / JBL replacement.

It's only a few inches - it won't set off car alarms but it does a good job at improving the bass

i have a 2011 gp 1.4 8v and mine didnt come with the fiat sub so fitted my own 1600w one

No, I did not have time to remove the subwoofer to see what size it is, looking at the cover there is just one med size bolt to undo, when I do remove the cover I will add pic's here.
