Hello all,

I've had my grande Punto 1.4tjet for about half a year now and I'm looking for some power gains. I've seen that people are putting different turbos on them and injectors but I can't seem to find any for sale, any clues to where I may find them?
My car has 83k on it, is this too much to start modifying?

Thanks ✌️

I've got 194 hp with only vl36 turbo(from the bravo 150hp), a downpipe and a tune.
You need injectors only if you want to go over 200-210hp.

Thanks for that! Can I ask where did you get the part from and is it literally a swap in and out?

100% straight swap ... I actually kept the stock VL37 turbine housing (100% interchangeable with the VL36) ...because i was to lazy. I was much easier to just clip on the V-band flange that removing the nuts and studs to pull put the complete turbo.

The turbo was a second hand one, from somebody braking a Bravo for parts ~120 euro.
It turned out it has melted turbine wheel blades (not visible until i took it apart).
I then considered having it rebuilt ... but they were asking for 500-600 euro. So I said PASS.
I then turned to ebay.. found a new CHRA for the VL36 for ~150 euro from an italian company TurboRail.... probably 100% China. :)
