outside temperature

Good Afternoon guys,

i'm having a problem in my fiat grande punto 1.3,

We are currently in summer outside temperature 34c where i live and the onboard computer says that its -2c, because of this the a/c unit doesnt work properly.
From what i heard the sensor is located in the pax side mirror, what i would like to know if this is something that is easy to replace or something that i need
to go to a mechanic to get it solved and if any of you guys know any website where i can order a sensor or do i need to change the entire mirror.

Best Regards

*sorry if this is a repost couldn't find anything
