Just a little update on the long list of things wrong that are slowly getting fixed on my AGP.
Had a wheel bearing replacement on the passenger rear this week. Only done 50k and thats 2 now ! Wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience ?!

My t-jet is on 62k and the RR wheel bearing has become very loud. I swapped the RL last summer for the same reason. It's a fairly easy diy job and euro car parts often have big discounts on skf bearings.

a wheel bearing is under general wear and tear. rotary parts are bound to become worn out quicker.
wouldn't really call it a repair.. more 'maintenance'

I got my wheel bearings from shop4parts. and its worth replacing both sides as if ones going bad.. guarantee the other side is too.

Had to change the N/S/R wheel bearing on mine, 45k miles. Not covered under warranty but only cost £34 for the bearing and took 20 mins to fit so can't grumble really...but the gearbox on the other hand, don't get me started!!

On top of this my wheels have all started to bubble so i have them booked in for complete strip and powdercoat on thursday. Exhaust is also getting replaced on Friday as mine has developed a nice hole ! However my gearbox is feeling nice and smooth atm :)

No need to show off ;)

Another expense on mine yesterday...driving home from work I heard a horrible grinding/knocking noise whenever I braked, coming from the rear left. I was convinced it was the caliper and/or bracket coming loose but when I whipped the wheel off at home I found the below:

Rather surprising to say the least and I'm glad I only drove 5 miles on it at 30 or 40 mph. Thankfully I had a pair of new OE discs that I could fit straight away to keep me on the road.
