In a Panda you use the steering wheel buttons to call up the menu. In there is a delete phone book and a delete users option which you just say OK and its all goes back to blank. Hope this might be helpful

Yep, you need to contact FIAT customer services for doing this.

That's odd - I spoke to them the other day and got through to an "English mother tongue speaker in Italy". Via CIAO FIAT on 00 800 3428 00 00

Oh thats weird then. I've phoned them several times at different times of the day and always get the same message. Not sure without looking whether it's a different number, so I'll try that one.
