2013 Abarth 500 130bhp stock engine. I accelerate briskly the dashboard lighting for the speedo binnacle turns off also under heavy braking i have looked for loose wiring/battery but cant seem to find any obvious reason. I'm stumped to be honest has any one else had a similar issue?

Although you’ve not found it, it is almost certainly a loose wire or connection somewhere. If it is just the instruments and the lights stay on on all the other dash buttons and switches the problem is at the binicle, h but if everything is going off then there could be dozens of places a wire or earth could be detached

Apart from that its a great little car seriously wish i bought one eight years ago instead of the mito!
