Technical Aircon noise - video

Hello from me again.

My aircon is sounding ill.
My fan kicks in for maybe 5-10 seconds sounding like a nut and bolt in a tin can. Has a 20 second break then kicks back in sounding awful.

My aircon is ice cold, but I don’t want to use it

Any ideas, thanks steve

Ok simple one, disconnect the fan(s) does it still make the noise?
If not it's the fan possibly catching on something, it's normal to click on and off, if it still makes the noise with the fan off it could be a much bigger issue?
Remember to 're connect the fans
