Technical Broken Heater control unit Help!!!

Hi All,
My recirculating knob broke on my heater unit and in stuck on cabin. Has anyone had this problem, or change the unit. I can buy a second hand unit, but want to know how hard it will be to change and the cable.

Do you have full manual controls and no ac? For the time being you can move the actuator by hand(under the dash) leaving it on fresh air rather than recirculation
