Technical Different brake caliper types on 2010 135hp?

Morning guys, I'm looking to order new front discs and pads for my car, am looking at the OE replacement Brembo ones on Demon Tweaks and it is showing 2 types for either Bosch or Lucas calipers, surely this isn't a thing, does Lucas even exist anymore?
If they do, how can I tell which ones I need??
