Along those lines, make sure you have an undertray fitted. Some people don't bother replacing it after servicing because they'd a faff. Reason I mention this is because the manifold (with integrated cat) is made of the same rustastic steel as the exhaust. 4 months of winter exposure is enough to rust the lamba boss out. Replacement cat from Fiat is £899.

I can't find the picture right now? Weird. I'll see if I can find the funny one. It was taken with the car on a 4 post lift, manifold looked like I'd been storing it under a boat and the lambda with surrounding weld was dangling free

Can you see this under tray from anywhere as I'm now worrying if I have one or not.

Had a call from Autoworld today, they are fitting the new exhaust next Wednesday. Even offered me a courtesy car without me having to ask. If all goes well I have to say I have been impressed with how they have tried to keep me happy with this!
