The Italian pronunciation is the correct one.

And then the idiot in the vid, after trying to get the Lancia pronunciation correct, says A-bar-TH!!!

I like the little cabriolet though - cute.

Abarth being a German name, it is not meant to be said ei-barth like that guy did, but Ah-bart.
Here's an Italian version of it with the rolling "r", sort of second nature of the name: http://www.forvo.com/word/abarth/

And don't get me started on those who think that a 500 can't be called a Cinquecento, because it is a Cinquecento! :bang:

And yes, Lancia (that means "spear" in English) is said "Laaanchia" (insisting on the first a :p )
Edit, here goes: http://www.forvo.com/word/lancia#it

If you like the two tone that much you could always get a vinyl wrap? Cheaper, better finish and if you decide you hate it then just peel it off!

Good idea - I'd really only be looking at the top of the boot lid, roof pillars and rear roof anyway - The door tops and bonnet can stay as is, and I've already got a big chunk of glass covering half the roof.
Then again, I could go 1970s Gene Hunt style and get myself a nice vinyl roof kit!

Hmmm i think with a vinyl roof it could look like you're trying to imitate a 500C. The 2 tone idea, stick to that! It really would require very little vinyl wrap indeed, i may have even talked myself into it now! ;) No, i'm not sure it would work on a standard Abarth 500...
