900t/e suspension and brakes

Does anyone know what the front suspension/brakes layout is on these vans? Are they based on the 850 car with a transverse leaf spring, are the disc brakes the same as other Fiats?
My plan is to get a full front disc setup from a 900e and fit it all to my 600 saloon - will they fit? if so where can i get the bits?

my 1983 900e has coil springs at the front, and fiat panda/uno calipers, although the discs are different if I remember right. The rears are panda drums
