Just purchased a used 500X and had to contact Fiat to get the last owner removed from the records. Now it seems that I can't get any subscriptions to U Connect as they have expired (Not according to the Mopar website though!).

This also means I can't get Fiat live services either for the sat nav!!! I can buy a map at £60, gee thanks Tom Tom. Contacted them as well and no, can't get Traffic services either.

Any suggestions? Could understand it if my car was 10 plus years old, or, no longer in production.

So back to using my GO 6000 in a car with an built in sat nav, Come on Fiat. Che cazzo fai? Not encouraging me to buy another Fiat are you?

Sure it does, you just have to buy a brand new FIAT, just to fix the sat nav! ?

But in seriousness, even with Uconnect it’s quite unreliable for me, ‘working’ about 50% of the time - I tend to run Google maps off my phone. Separate unit is best.
 
Hi, I've just come across this issue too. I last had access to live services 2 days ago and now nothing. The app also doesn't load and show the 'lock screen' Did you manage to get it fixed? I've lost live services to my maps and I've tried everything to get it back, but no joy.
