I have a 2016 500x, the radio displays usb not connected, in the media, aux shows, bluetooth shows, but no usb 1 or usb 2, even when the usb cord is connected. also radio will change media and go back to radio, even when bluetooth is activated, will not stay on one media for long time, also usb in dash will not charge or connect, but aux plug will, usb in console will charge but not connect to radio, we changed radio out, this is the second one with that issue, first one would reset periodically, anyone have the same issue, is it the usb port or another bad radio, any input is appreciated.
