After jumpstarting my 2016 500X the instrument cluster is dead and my turn signals don't work.

Did you follow the correct procedure / jump lead connection.

The jump lead +ve to +Ve Battery terminal. The jump lead -ve has to go to the chassis or engine block and NOT the Battery -ve terminal.

Suggest you disconnect the battery/chassis -ve lead (push button disconnect from post) and leave the car for 15 to 30 minutes. Then reconnect and see if that resets everything OK.

Am really pleased this worked for you. This is the first time anybody to my knowledge has experienced the "dead dashboard/instrument cluster".

My suggestion was based on gut feel / experience that "power cycles" for any computer orientated kit can often cure or certainly improve the situation.

Hopefully everything will be back to normal but you should check all your vehicle menu settings as some may have been changed/defaulted back to base settings.
