looked in manual and it said injector problem and that was all

truly i think my car is posessed as the heater is tempremental and now the ambient sensor reckons its 48 c outside err its been -2

Sounds like poor electrical supply

Has it had recent use.. to keep the battery good ?

In real terms.. you want to get the fault codes read..
However a patchy power supply can get all kinds of sensors 'crying wolf'

It is unfortunately quite common for the ambient temperature sensor built into the o/s mirror to go defective. The problem with that is that at -2 the aircon will try and fool you down , thinking yhat it is 48. If your car is still under warranty you should have no problem getting it fixed under warranty.

Regards the warning lights, I had exactly the same problem twice. No fault codes were stored on the first occasion, it slowly fleared itself overnight. On the second occasion the AA man associated it with low voltage as the car had been standing for a few weeks. He cleared the fault codes, I charged the battery, and it never happened again. It can certainly be something far less serious than an injector problem, but an electrical problem of some kind often seems to trigger it.
