How do i get Google maps on 500x screen via USB as screen won't let me select USB through the source option.

The Uconnect should launch CarPlay or Android auto when you plug the phone in. Only available on the 7” Uconnect screens as far as I know, model year 2018 onwards.

Make sure your phone is plugged into the left hand USB, right is for charging only.
