Technical Power Driver's Seat rises overnight

Just bought my used '16 Fiat 500x Lounge 2 months ago. Low miles and still under warranty!
Dealership is stumped on how to get the power seat from adjusting to a higher level overnight. Has been happening almost daily. Wish I didn't have to adjust the seat every time I get in. I did have them unplug/plug in the seat, but still having the issue.
Love the car and find it very comfortable, just need to get this figured out. Anyone have similar issues? Wondering if it's a faulty switch that needs to be replaced?

Are you saying it still happens even with the seat unplugged?

No. Seat is plugged in. Dealer tried to reset by unplugging, then plugging it back in right away. Does not have seat memory settings, but just trying something.

Its being Italian. My Bravo has global open close on windows. Sometimes it works fine, other times t winds three windows up and one down.

I would try running the engine and winding the seat up, to, the top and holding the switch for 3 seconds and then going down and holding the switch again repeating two or three times in case it has some form of reset as per electric windows. It is just an idea but just might work.

These electronics are only a good idea when they work. I heard of a Citroen which has some funny electrics which turned out to be a staple through the wiring.

I would also ask them to try replacing the switch.
