1) DO NOT put any sharp metal prod, rod or screw down the hole

2) If you open the bonnet and find the large rubber side cushion by the front scuttle you can gently fold this back and peer in with a torch to see this drain

3) It is not a simple hole but a hole with integral moulded drain tube to guide the water onto a cover flange above the inlet to the air/aircon system

4) The reason not to use a sharp item is that the flange should not have its paint/finish damaged to protect it from corrosion

5) Clean the hole out with compressed air, hose fine water jet or matchstick or plastic probe

6) On my 500X I found that the holes tube's end is not well formed and/or carries extraneous edges. I used a small wooded dowel rod to tap out the bottom end on the hole so the dowel passes smoothly to then finally and gently stop at the metal flange

Since doing 6) blockages are far less and easier to unblock.

You also have the other option to drill another hole but the positioning of this hole will require careful research so as to ensure that any water can not ever get into to cabin air intake aperature

On my fiat 500x water do not leave from the front windscreen. Does anyone know how can i clean it?

I have tried with small iron screw. But i am afraid to put pressure on it. If anyone can help me i would be very happy.
