Hi everyone, my X seems to have had a parking altercation pushing in the LH DRL.
There is a panel behind the wheel arch that you can remove for bulb changing, and tried pushing the light back into it’s place, but no success... getting the car serviced soon , but welcome any suggestions in the meantime. View attachment 1

Bumper mounted lights usually bolt to a moulding on the bumper so it that's been deranged you'll have to unbolt it, straighten any twisted/ripped plastic and then refit it.

It doesn't look major.. so could just have popped out of it's mounts. If you remove the whole wheel arch liner you'll be able to see what's happened and get access to it.

I'd be wary of asking the service centre to fix it unless they're sensible and you trust them... if they tell you that you need a whole new bumper etc. then you'll have an idea whether to use them ever again..

If they are anything like the DRLs on the little 500 then my guess is you have snapped one of the lugs. Easily resin fixed or plastic welded rather than getting a new/secondhand one.

Sorry if this has been covered, I need to replace a DRL and the fiat site says book a service, thought I would get the bulbs from them, are they just a P21W or something different specific to the 500x

Look in your owners manual. I'm sure it lists what the lamps are and how to replace them.

Certainly a DIY job.

They are accessed from covers within each wheel arch
