Trying to source some original Fiat scuff plates, has anyone else had these! Apparently on back order. What does that mean?!?
Bit pricy for what they are, but hate it when door sills get scuffed.

Back order usually means out of stock which they are re-newing. You can get some far cheaper non OE ones on ebay.

Whilst I do like original Fiat accessories and have always bought original in the past the cost of them scuff plates is just silly. How do they get to that price for gods sake.

I'd like to know what you think of the carbon ones.

On a similarish theme, do others here find that the front driver door cubby hole gets a lot of marks on it? Mine does. I think it's because it's a little bulbous vs the rest of the door and I must knock my foot on it and scuff once in a while when changing from braking to accelerating (auto).

Yep same here... I would say it’s a design fault. Every 500x I’ve looked at all have scuffs on the drivers door. The pocket sticks out too far. I’m always using black bumper spray to clean it off

You want to see the prices of illuminated Sills on other vehicles in the FCA range. I have them fitted to my Delta 3 - the OE dealer prices from new was not far off £200 - for a bit of brushed Alu and an LED light circuit! BTW our Door pocket gets kicked as well..................

Photo attached they look good and show no sign of the wear and tear they've suffered over the winter. Absolute bargain I see they are reduced to US$ 14.59 post paid for the next 3 days. You can't go wrong!!

To be fair, the door bins get scuffed in all my cars, it's a consequence of providing a bulge big enough for a bottle.

I haven't got round to fitting them yet but they are exactly the same as what jaybees posted earlier in the thread,
