Hi all. Had our Popstar for 4 months almost and the last few times Ive been out in it the stereo powers off mid journey. Sometimes it boots back up almost straight away but sometimes it takes a minute or so before I can turn it back on. Really frustrating and shouldn't be happening when it's only a few months old. It doesn't matter if I'm using DAB, Bluetooth or FM.

Anyone else had any issues at all?

Same here. I have just come to accept it crashes occasionally.
There doesn't seem to be any one reason why either.

I had my head unit replaced under warranty without any fuss albeit for a different reason. That must be worth a try unless they can reset something, but still time for a warranty claim if a reset doesn't work. Give it a go. It took them about 10 days to get a new head unit in and then it was all plain sailing.
 
Mine has done it from new . Car is nearly 2years old. It happens occasionally I've just got used to it. Similar to a PC needing turning off then on again.
