Did you tell your insurance company about these illegal modifictions? If not you might be refused cover in the case of an accident or other claim. It is irresponsible to have these dazzling lights fitted.

Robert, sadly I think trying to help/inform someone who's reaction to being told that their lights are illegal and potentially dangerous is "who cares?" is akin to flogging the proverbial dead horse.
