I have just taken delivery of a 500xlounge. I believed it didn't have live traffic navigation on it as that is what it said online and in the fiat brochure. First couple of days I used navigation there was no live traffic but now I've opened a u connect account I can see the option on the navigation screen in the car to have Live traffic.

1. Any ideas?
2. Will I have to be connected to u connect on phone to use live services?

I am sure you should have the live services, as its live then you do have it. The live traffic uses the u connect app on your I phone or android to provide the link with updates to the inbuilt sat nav. If the app closes then you won't have the live services. If you go to the nav on the radio unit and you have a lit up live services icon then you are connected. The app does lock out sometimes and you have to log back in to reestablish the link. The live services are a real time saver.
