Im trying to decide between the Cross or Cross Plus, mainly because I want the Xenon headlights, but the other difference will be the wheel size.

Road reports seem to suggest that the larger wheels upset the ride comfort but when I tried the Cross Plus I can't remember it being uncomfortable. I did however only drive it on A roads.

My circumstances have changed and it looks like I could be in for some motorway driving. I tend to be quite sensitive to road and wind noise, so wondered if anyone has compared the different wheel sizes or have comments about motorway driving on the larger wheels?

Thx

Look at it this way: wheels can easily be changed, but implementing proper xenon with auto leveling and washers is a whole lot harder.

If the dealer is any good and they have a showroom model on 17", it shouldn't be a problem to swap, it's an upgrade to his showroom model ánd he's got a happy customer.
When I ordered my Doblo, I specifically demanded Vredestein Quatrac 5 tyres, no problem, the next trade-in Doblo with worn 16" tyres will get whatever the factory put on mine.

I went with 18"s. Just the looks and a touch of ground clearance.
