Hello all,

As the new 500X doesn't come with a CD player I have purchased an ipod. Ideally I would like to keep this in the armrest storage compartment and stream the music through Bluetooth. Two questions:

1. Is this possible with an ipod (the ipod does have Bluetooth on it)
2. Is it possible to have music being streamed through an ipod via Bluetooth at the same time as my Samsung Galaxy smartphone being connected by Bluetooth for making calls etc.

Please help!

Thank you!

hi
if i was you i would connect the ipod to the usb in the armrest if you have one. the sound is better through cable than bluetooth and also you will be able to browse files and albums etc, which my iphone and android phone wont let me do.
i have the extra usb in armrest so its a blessing. But i do find that with 64gb SD card i have more than enough music to be honest.

you can connect your android or iphone with uconnect easier than blue&me.u can make call if you have music on your phone you can use it too.You dont need other ipod. And don't think you can use 2 device at the same time because of that use memory stick, easier..or other option if you need more gb get a hard drive connect with usb.in the end you dont need other player for uconnect

I just have all my music on my iPhone. Plays perfectly via Bluetooth and if phone rings it switches to phone.
