Technical Max Size USB/SD card

Hi to everyone
My 500x is on its way and i wanted to order a SD card and USB stick

Does anyone know if the uconnect system has a file size limit. My current car can only see 1000 tracks.
just wondered if a 128Gb size card/usb is too big.

I using a 128 gig card at the minute, Uconnect can be a little slow at the initial scanning(about10 seconds, I first thought it didn't recognise it)but it works fine. You need to download the above software and format the card as Fat32 or it will not be recognised by Uconnect. Enjoy your new car.

I usually just right click and go into properties but ill look into your method.
Going to order 128gb usb and sd card. I'm Getting the beats system so I imagine it's the same

Unfortunately wingy999 that will only format the card in exFAT file format which cannot be read by the 500x which uses FAT32 file format. In order to use greater than 32gig cards, you need to one of the utilities. Took me a while to figure this out
