Hi anyone know how many labour hours are on the book for a fiat 500l duologic clutch replacement?

Had online quotes for uk and they said 4 but think these may of just been for a normal clutch change.

Mechanically .. its the same clutch..and gearbox

But you have more wires and plumbing..AND the need to set.up the hydraulics once it is all back together


Is the car petrol..or diesel?

It is a diesel.

They are quoting 8 hours just wondering if this sounded about right?

Personally.. that sounds a bit much..
irc might know what needs tobemoved..and calibrated after reassembly

On a Panda/500 1.2 petrol it takes the same amount of time as a manual clutch, plus maybe 30 minutes to set up and run the calibration.
(Although I think the 500l with multijet engine uses a different actuator and available space to work will be different.)
If you can still move the gearbox aside to change the clutch without needing to remove the actuator, and the calibration method is similar, then I don't see why it should be significantly different on a 500l.
