Hi.

Coolant tank ,temp sensor, termostat.waterpump is New.

But the temp gauge shows perfect temp but mye scanner tool shows 102 degrees. The coolant fan wont start . Relay works.

Ang ideas?

Heater works fine. But no ac guess Its not working fan is the fail.
When i jump the relay the fan works.

Water pump is New and good cirkulation inn the water.

The temp gauge has never gone over working temp.only if i jump IT. Then its going to max. But mye scanner says its Long over working temp all the time.

Havent Checked head gasket. Butt no cramy Oil and smoke from the exhaust.

I can see that the coolant is dropping. And When i take the cap off its goes UP to max again.

Thanks ?

The level in a sealed system will rise and fall with temperature

Perfectly normal.. BUT its a sealed sustem.. any need to top up levels NEEDS to be investigated

Your scanner.. do the air oil and coolant temps look correct before driving?

No top UP of coolant needed.akcept when IT boils over .

Both Oil and coolant seems fine. From start UP to 90.

Im thinking of the head gasket but Will not change IT for fun ?

Tried to have the fan Rønning from i startet IT to 100degrees its still boiling.

I think the scanner shows the right temperatur. So IT goes ti warm.

New cap i mounted but its the same

Thanks .

So i tryed to take off the conector to the temp sender. Then the fan started. The gauge inside the car goes to the ground. My scanner tool says -30.

But its a temp sender right over the sender to the gauge. Anybody ho knows this does?

The White conector.

sorry for my poor english.

So I tryed to jump the tempsender With a cabel. And the fan started ,then the gauge still is in the botton like its not running . The scanner tool says 130 degrees.

Can IT be the ecu module ?

Or instrument cluster.?

Or Anny other solution ?
