General Transmission Problems

Well I bought a fiat 500L at auction site unseen. Car is great except the transmission and engine codes throwing below.

P0315
P1d33
P1cb1

Initially when I picked up the car it wouldn't shift. I started it in d2 and then did a 5 hour road trip back home. Over the road trip the car fixed itself and now shifts fine with a bit of hesitation.

I'm trying to figure out how to fix these "relearn position" and other codes.

Anyone know?

I just purchase the android/desktop and relearn the clutch system in order to fix it? Will any obd connector work to communicate with the software?
