Choice of engine will depend on type of use.

Instead of expecting respondents to go look at what engines might be available, and then comment, why don't you do that homework, then list the options that you are considering.

Then you'll be more likely to get replies, and meaningful ones.

Hi we have a 1.4 petrol, if you only do around town its fine, not the best on fuel. If you live anywhere with hills or its hot (AC on)its absolutely gutless. Watch out for tyres the really low profile (45) ones make it a bumpy old ride
