My 500l( 5 yrs old 53k) has a serious loss of power , took it to local garage . They found the above error code arrived leak in turbo . They said they hate sending people to get ripped off at Arnold Clark the Fiat dealership but this error code needs done by a dealer .... how bad are we talking??

Youve not said what engine.. or gearbox
 
Yes in Scotland both local garages said , probably turbo need replaced but both garages were unfamiliar with the twin air engine ( I've always hated the engine way too noisy and bad mpg).
