500L automatic only done 27000 miles and four years old. Kept cutting out. Main Dealer garage wants £3,000 for new gearbox and labour. I have asked FIAT to get involved to see if they can make a contribution. The fork shouldn't have broken after such low mileage.


Anyone got experience of this issue and any advice

SEARCH duologic on here

If its FIAT service history you might be lucky..

Otherwise basic parts are not that expensive..
and pay £30 per hour labour.. rather than £100 ;)
