Technical Display keeps reverting to Italian

The display on our 18 plate Fiat 500L keeps reverting to Italian (losing the English, mph, door mirrors settings, etc.). This often happens when restarting the engine whilst it is still warm.

Anyone else had this issue? It seems to have baffled our Fiat dealer.

. Or radio functions too?

They swapped the dash ok.. but the radio has been in its native tongue.
